Rob Strati
Rob Strati’s Fragmented series began when his wife accidentally broke a plate from her late mother-in-law. Instead of discarding it, he kept a fragment, later realizing it held a new story. In his work, breaking symbolizes loss, but also the chance to rebuild and transform. Each piece moves beyond the break, reflecting how we can honor the past while creating something new.
Strati’s work has been shown and collected across the globe, including the Royal Academy of Art in London, International Print Center in NY, NY, the Children’s Museum of the Arts, NY, de Young Museum in San Francisco, and the Irvine Fine Arts Center in Irvine, CA.
